When I made this family group for you last time, I didn't find the 2 girls with
the names Anne Catherine, because the minister had misplaced some few years of
children's christening and birth, this time I found them between the lists of
ingoing and out-going people. Likewise the minister had made a mistake in
writing that husband was born in the parish in the year of 1805. I had a
feeling last time, that it was not right, but because there actually was born a
Mads Hansen both in 1805 and in 1806, I was thinking, that the minister would
know what he was writing, and that I should not let my feelings run away with
myself, so I took the one, who was born in 1805. This time when I wanted to
extend the line, I soon learned that the minister was wrong, because the boy
who was born in 1805 and was a child born out of wedlock moved out of the
parish wigh his mother, and died, when he was some few years old, so please
disregard the family group I gave you last time, and take this instead. (LH)
Please note because I didn't find Rasmus and Anne Malene in the christening
records last time, they were submitted from the conf. records and probibally
only the birth date was recorded, now you have both dates.

Frederik Pedersen, a farmer at Elsborg. I have searched for his birth in
several church registers, but without result. In Sjorup in the parish of
Lysgard a farmer named Frederik Pedersen was married Oct 2, 1806.
Unfortunately, I had used all my time to the researches, when I found this
Frederik Pedersen, but as there is much more to be done on your ancestors if

Johan Wendel Jacobsen, I have searched several places to find something about
him, the church registers are partly missing and poorly written, especially
those of Torning. I think I have found his grandfather, Wendel is an unusual
name in Denmark. His ancestors must have belonged to the settlers on
Frederikshede, who came from Germany. One was Wendel Swan, he might have had a

vicecorproral with the Norwegian Livregiment's 3' musqruter? company 31 Jan
1797 corporal, assigned to the same regiment, 4th company. 27 Nov 1797
assigned to 1' grenadur company. From 1804 to 1806 with Copenhagen
Bargervaebning.
10 Mar 1808 Secondlieutenant with Langelandske Infanterie-Batalion. 14 Apr
1810 Premierlieutenant same place. 28 Dec 1815 retired on 90 regsdalers
pension. 1829 in Randers Jyland Denmark he worked as toll man for goods
shipped into Denmark.
Married the first time abt 1800, divorced 1813. Married 25 Sept 1813 in
Bregninge church, Langeland with Lucie Magdalene Charlotte Lentz, born 1790,
died 1862. Because he had been divorced, he had to get an orer from the king
to be married again, this was granted 6 Aug 1813. Lucie Magdalene Charlotte
Lentz was married under the name of Lucie Amalie Lentz. She is the daughter of
Corporal Len(t)z was underofficer in the Norske Livregiment in 2' Bataillon. A
half brother Corporal Friderick Randa born in Bohmen served with Norski
Livregiment same time as Johann. Premierlieutenant J. von Randa died 12 May
1838 a tollman in Randers.
